These general conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the website www.altitude64.com.
Altitude64.com reserves the right to adapt or modify at any time these terms and conditions. If modified, it will be applied to each order the general sales conditions in force at the date of order.
I. Product Availability
Our product offerings and prices are valid until they are visible on the site, subject to availability.
Upon receipt of your order, we check the availability (or) product (s) command (s). In case of unavailability, we are committed within 30 days from the confirmation of the order, or to offer a similar product at a similar price, or you pay by check, or by canceling the transaction and the reimbursement will be made via the credit card used for purchase.
II. Methods of delivery and delivery in France
Methods of delivery

Upon receipt of your payment, it takes a maximum (for France) of 12 days for the preparation of the order to which is added the delivery time of mail.
SEND IN COLISSIMO By POST. The delivery time is 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) for France, to foreign countries, it may takes a minimum of 5 open days, and depend of customs services.

Right of withdrawal and right of return:
The Customer has a right of withdrawal he may exercise within 24 hours of placing the order by informing the Customer. If the Product is in order preparation, shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
Otherwise, the provisions of Article L 121-20 of the Consumer Code apply.
Pursuant to Article L 121-20 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a right to return within 7 days of receipt of the Order. The latter can thus obtain the right to return a product that does not suit him, without penalty.

Return process of a Product

If the return was caused by a change of mind, the Customer must go to his Post Office and mail (at its cost) the order at which it will be communicated by Altitude64. The customer then has a period of 15 days for Altitude64 receive the product.
The Product must be returned to Altitude64 in a state resale ie respecting the conditions of return set out below:

• unsoiled, not washed
• not ironed

The risks associated with returning the product, whatever the cause, the responsibility of the Client. If the product is lost by the Carrier when this shipment, the Customer is solely responsible and will not be refunded.

If the customer chooses a refund, Altitude64 make every effort to reimburse the Client within 30 days from the receipt of the returned product. If this period is exceeded for reasons beyond its control, Altitude64 may be tried by the Client.
If the returned Product fails to Altitude64 the deadlines and conditions provided above (Return procedure of a product), the Client will neither be refunded nor get to have. In this case, if the customer wishes to again enjoy his product, he must make a request by email to Altitude64 which will send as soon as possible the product. The return postage will be borne by the customer and payable in advance by credit card.

Payment is made directly to the bank. Altitude64 has no access to these details, and do not keep them on its servers. That is why they are called back for each new transaction on our site.
Altitude64 can not be held liable for breach of contract, due to the occurrence of an event of force majeure and in particular in case of total or partial strike of postal services, carriers, and disasters caused by floods or fires .
